Establishment of a Community Division

Over the years Ramat Hanadiv has run diverse collaborations with the nearby communities, focusing on both community and management. With time, the understanding that more needs to be done to strengthen the interactions with the nearby communities, for the wellbeing and benefit of both sides, has increased.

In January 2012, a Community Division was established at Ramat Hanadiv. It aims include strengthening the relationship with the community and raising awareness of Ramat Hanadiv’s values within the community while strengthening the sense of belonging. Community activity, by definition, is to be long-term, and conducted according to principles of mutuality, sharing and community involvement. Indeed, the relationship with the community strengthened with time and a few years later produced the Partnership for Regional Sustainability
