Tai Chi in the Gardens – Time for a Time‑out!

300.00ILS

In a rut? No time to breathe? There’s a remedy: Extract yourself from the daily grind and be transported to a totally different space just a few minutes away from home — at a Tai Chi class in the beautiful green heart of Ramat Hanadiv. Tai Chi is a movement art that fortifies your energies and balances your physiological systems. It is a way of life that will help you connect to yourself, to nature and the environment. You don’t have to go out to the desert for a week of solitude in order to cut yourself off from overcrowded routines; you can do it right here at Ramat Hanadiv, for an hour each week. Take a break, breathe deeply, and have your own special experience in nature.
