    Accessibility statement

We want everyone who visits the Ramat Hanadiv website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

    What are we doing?

To help us make the Ramat Hanadiv website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the Ramat Hanadiv website.

    How are we doing?

We've worked hard on the Ramat Hanadiv website and believe we've achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you do find any problems, please get in touch.

This accessibility statement was generated on 7th August 2014 using the Accessibility Statement Generator.

Staff Studies Sustainability

Staff Studies Sustainability
Staff members of Ramat Hanadiv left their usual work stations to attend an intense two-day seminar in the classrooms of the Visitors Pavilion. Dedicated to the subject of sustainability, the seminar was expertly conducted by 'The Natural Step Israel', a non-profit committed to making strategic sustainability an integral aspect of Israeli society.
Ramat Hanadiv -- an organization that incorporates sustainability principles in its daily functioning, and works to promote them in the wider environment -- encourages ongoing study of the subject and deeper understanding of it among its entire staff.  Thus this training seminar introduced participants to the fundamental concepts of sustainability and how these can affect daily doings at home and at work. In hands-on workshops that combined lectures and group exercises, they heard about some of the major environmental issues challenging the world today, and learned what links them to local phenomena. A personal and professional connection was forged between the 'students' and the values of sustainability, and between theories of sustainability and the daily operations of Ramat Hanadiv. Fascinating solutions to a wide range of sustainability issues were presented, and all participants took home with them a goodly amount of inspiration along with their new-found knowledge.
