    Accessibility statement

We want everyone who visits the Ramat Hanadiv website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

    What are we doing?

To help us make the Ramat Hanadiv website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the Ramat Hanadiv website.

    How are we doing?

We've worked hard on the Ramat Hanadiv website and believe we've achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you do find any problems, please get in touch.

This accessibility statement was generated on 7th August 2014 using the Accessibility Statement Generator.

Secrets of Irises...

Inside Ramat Hanadiv's Memorial Gardens, tucked between the great palm trees and the Rose Garden, lies the slightly hidden but very special Iris Garden, the gathering place for every kind of iris that has makes its home in Israel. For just a few short months of the year, during their brief flowering season from February to April, the Iris Garden is filled with life and colour.

Come along with us for a once-a-year opportunity to discover why the iris was crowned as the symbol of SPNI (the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel) and as king of the Gilboa; and who pollinates its exquisite, regal flowers. And of course, this is an occasion to simply gasp in awe at the delicate beauty of the iris blooms.

The tours will take place on Fridays, 11 and 18 March, from 9:30-11 a.m. On 18 March, you are also invited to enjoy a Friday Morning Concert in the Amphitheatre.

The cost of the tours is NIS 20/per person . The number of participants is limited, so register soon -- on our website or at the InfoShop, phone: 04 6298111.
