    Accessibility statement

    We want everyone who visits the Ramat Hanadiv website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

    What are we doing?

    To help us make the Ramat Hanadiv website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

    The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the Ramat Hanadiv website.

    How are we doing?

    We've worked hard on the Ramat Hanadiv website and believe we've achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you do find any problems, please get in touch.

    This accessibility statement was generated on 7th August 2014 using the Accessibility Statement Generator.

Crafts Courtyards

A Celebration of Art, Crafts, and Creativity

The tradition carries on:  An action-packed celebration of art and music
at the 13th Annual Crafts Courtyards Festival in Binyamina and Givat Ada.

Sunday, Monday and Thursday, 12-14 October 2014
(the Intermediate Days of Succot (Hol Hamo'ed)  10 a.m. till 8 p.m.

This year, to mark the 10th yahrzeit (memorial date) of Binyamina's famous son, the beloved Israeli lyricist Ehud Manor, there will be a special performance dedicated to his songs. Among the other highlights of the music scene: A concert of Naomi Shemer's iconic songs, and open stages where youngsters can take the mic and do their musical thing. Fun activities for all ages will feature musical tours throughout the village and its vineyards; a bike trip; a parade in memory of the commando fighter, Col. Moran Vardi; events along the Spring Trail in Ramat Hanadiv's Nature Park; and rambles through the groves and vineyards of Hanadiv Valley topped off by tempting wine tastings.
And that's not all: The Festival will also open the homes/studios of local artists and craftspeople for a glimpse of the creative process and the variety of fascinating works that it brings forth. All the participating  artists will be listed (along with explicit directions for finding them) on souvenir maps, which will be distributed at their studios, in the Community

Centre, and at the three information posts:
1. Next to the bus stop at the entrance to Binyamina (via the Binyamina junction on Rt. 653);
2. At the bus stop opposite the train station;
3. At the square at the entrance to Binyamina from Zichron Ya'akov (Rt. 652).
Flying from the house/studio of every artist will be a Crafts Courtyards banner noting the person's name and the kinds of work on show. During the three days of the Festival, guests can enjoy wandering on foot from one artist's courtyard to the next, in between the myriad of other lively events on the schedule.
